Questions about an order, a delivery, a return or a product you are thinking about buying all go to a real person on our customer service team, who will help you get it sorted.   • Customer service hours: Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MT (Mountain Time). That is seven days a week, weekends included.

Details that help us find your order

For a message about an order, adding the following lets us look it up straight away and answer in one go:

  • Your order number, which appears in the emails we send about your order
  • The full name and email address you used when you ordered
  • Which item your question is about, if the order had more than one
  • A few words on what happened, or what you would like us to do
  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging if something arrived damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered. These need to reach us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If your parcel arrives with an item missing, please tell us within 7 days of delivery.

Returns start with a message

Please contact us before you send anything back. Returns can be started up to 30 days after delivery. Once we approve your return, we email you the instructions and the address to ship it to. We are not able to accept parcels that arrive without an approved return. The full process is explained in our Refund Policy.
