1) Can I cancel or edit my order?
You can cancel or edit your order within 2 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be processed. Please email info@arcodella.com with your order number.
2) Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account makes tracking and managing returns easier.
3) What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, UnionPay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Shipping & Delivery
4) How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1 – 2 business days and delivered within 5 – 7 business days. Total delivery time is usually 6 - 9 business days within Australia.
5) Which carriers do you use?
We ship with Australia Post and StarTrack. The tracking email shows which carrier is handling your parcel.
6) How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships. If you did not receive one, check your spam folder or contact info@arcodella.com.
