Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

Every Arcodella order begins with a few personal details: your name, where the parcel should go, and how we can reach you if something needs sorting out. We look after those details carefully and use them for a short list of practical reasons. This policy explains, in plain words, what we hold, why we hold it, who else sees it, and the choices you have.

Questions while you read? Email support@arcodella.com or call +1 (209) 503-8199 and our customer service team will gladly help.

Privacy at a glance

  • We collect only what we need to take payment, deliver your order and look after you afterwards.
  • Your card number goes straight to our payment provider. We never see it and we never store it.
  • Your personal information is never sold, and it is never shared for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Marketing emails reach you only if you said yes to them, and you can opt out whenever you like.
  • You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. California residents have extra rights, explained further down.

Who looks after your information

Arcodella is an online store run by VELOCORE LLC, 1520 Kingswood Dr, Hillsborough, CA 94010, United States. VELOCORE LLC decides how and why your personal information is used, so it is the company responsible for it. Wherever this policy says "Arcodella", "we", "us" or "our", it means VELOCORE LLC.

This policy covers the personal information we handle when you visit our store, place an order, or contact our customer service team by email or phone.

The personal information we hold

What you tell us

When you check out or get in touch, you give us:

  • Your name
  • Your email address and phone number
  • Your delivery address and your billing address
  • The details of your order, such as the items you chose, the amount you paid and your order number
  • The messages you send us and what you tell us by phone. We keep these on file so that if you contact us again, we already know the background.

What reaches us from the companies we work with

Our payment provider tells us if your payment went through or was declined. The carrier delivering your parcel sends us tracking and delivery updates, so we can keep you informed and step in if a parcel goes astray.

What we see when you browse

A small number of cookies keep your cart in place and give us simple, combined page statistics. There is more about this under "Cookies and page statistics" below.

Card payments never pass through us

At checkout, you enter your card details into an encrypted payment form run by our payment provider. Those details travel directly to the provider, which processes the payment for us. We never see your full card number, and it is never stored on our systems. All we receive back is a note saying the payment was approved or declined.

What we use it for

Each use of your information connects to your order, to helping you, or to a legal duty we have:

  • Taking payment for the items in your cart
  • Getting your order to you, including packing, dispatch and sending you a tracking number
  • Sorting out returns and problems, such as refunds, replacements, missing items and parcels lost in transit
  • Customer service, so we can answer your questions by email or phone
  • Preventing fraud, to protect you, other shoppers and our store from misuse of cards and orders
  • Keeping records that tax and accounting law requires of us
  • Order and service emails, such as your order confirmation, your dispatch notice and our replies to you
  • Marketing emails, but only if you opted in to receive them

The emails you get from us

Some emails are simply part of your purchase: the order confirmation, the dispatch notice with your tracking number, and our replies when you write in. These are sent whenever you order from us, because they tell you what is happening with your parcel.

Marketing emails, such as news about products and offers, work differently. You only receive them if you opted in. Every marketing email includes an opt out link that you can use at any time, or you can email support@arcodella.com and we will take your address off the list for you. Opting out has no effect on the order emails described above.

Who we pass information to

Personal information leaves us only when someone needs it to complete part of your order, or when the law requires it. Each recipient gets only what its task calls for:

  • Our payment provider, which processes your payment
  • Delivery carriers, established couriers such as DHL, FedEx and UPS, which need your delivery details to bring your parcel to you and to provide tracking
  • Email, IT and hosting providers, which run the systems behind our store and deliver our emails
  • Public authorities, such as courts, regulators or the police, and only when the law requires us to provide information

Our service providers act on our behalf and handle your information to provide their services to us.

Arcodella never sells your personal information, and never shares it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Nor do we pass it to other businesses so they can market their own products to you.

Cookies and page statistics

A cookie is a small text file that your browser keeps for a website. Arcodella uses cookies for two purposes only:

  • Holding the items in your cart as you move around the store
  • Counting visits to our pages in a basic, combined way, so we can see which pages people find helpful

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not follow your activity across other websites. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings whenever you like. Blocking them will not stop you from completing a purchase.

How long we hold on to it

  • Order records, meaning what you bought, what you paid and where it was sent, are kept for the full period that tax and accounting rules set for businesses like ours.
  • Your address on our marketing list stays there until you opt out, and then it comes off.
  • Everything else, such as messages to customer service, is held only while it still serves one of the reasons set out in this policy.

Keeping it safe

Every page of our store loads over an encrypted connection, which scrambles your details on the way from your phone or computer to us. Card details are handled by our payment provider rather than by us, and we take reasonable care to protect the information we do hold. No online system can rule out every risk, so if you ever notice anything that worries you, please tell us straight away.

Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • Show you the personal information we hold about you and send you a copy
  • Fix details that are incorrect or have changed
  • Delete your information, unless the law requires us to keep it, as with order records needed for tax
  • Stop marketing emails at any time, with the opt out link or by writing to us

The section "How to send us a privacy request" further down explains how to reach us and how quickly we reply.

If you live in the United Kingdom

We deliver to the United Kingdom, so UK data protection law applies when we handle information about customers there. Along with the rights above, it lets you object to some uses of your information, ask us to restrict how we use it, and request a portable copy of the details you provided, in a format other software can read.

UK law also asks us to name the lawful basis for each use of your information. Ours are:

  • Carrying out our contract with you: taking payment, delivering your order, handling returns and helping with problems
  • Meeting legal obligations: keeping tax and accounting records and answering lawful requests from authorities
  • Legitimate interests: preventing fraud and keeping our store running properly
  • Your consent: marketing emails, which you can withdraw at any time by opting out

Because VELOCORE LLC is a US company, information about UK customers is handled in the United States. If you are unhappy with how we have dealt with your information, please talk to us first so we can try to put it right. You are also entitled to raise a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office, which oversees data protection in the UK. Your rights under UK law stay fully in place whatever this policy says.

California residents: your rights under the CCPA and CPRA

VELOCORE LLC is based in California, and we want California shoppers to know exactly where they stand. The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives California residents the rights below. This section adds to the rest of this policy rather than replacing it.

Rights you can use

  • The right to know and access. Find out what kinds of personal information we hold on you, the sources it came from, our reasons for collecting it, and the types of businesses we gave it to. On request, we will also send you a copy of the actual details on file.
  • The right to deletion. Ask us to erase personal information we collected from you. If the law requires us to keep part of it, such as order records needed for tax, we will tell you what we kept and why.
  • The right to correction. Ask us to put right any personal information about you that is inaccurate.
  • The right to opt out of sale and sharing. California law lets you stop a business from selling your personal information or sharing it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Arcodella does neither, so your information is already handled that way without any action from you.
  • The right to limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose beyond those California law allows, such as completing your purchase and preventing fraud.
  • The right to equal treatment. Using any of these rights will never change the price you pay, the quality of service you receive, or the way we treat you.

What we collect, by California category

Over the past 12 months, we have collected the categories of personal information listed below. The sources are you, our payment provider and our carriers. The purposes are the ones listed in "What we use it for" above.

  • Identifiers: your name, your email address and phone number, and the addresses you give for delivery and billing. Disclosed to our payment provider, our carriers, and our email, IT and hosting providers, each for its own part of your order.
  • Commercial information: the products you bought, the amounts you paid and your order history with us. Disclosed to the same service providers, as each one needs it.
  • Internet activity: basic, combined statistics about which of our pages are visited, gathered through cookies. Disclosed only to the IT and hosting providers that run our store.
  • Your communications with us: the messages you send and what you tell us by phone. Disclosed only to the email and IT providers that run our customer service systems.

In the past 12 months we have not sold personal information or shared it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and that includes the information of anyone under 16. Each category is kept for the periods described in "How long we hold on to it".

Opt-out preference signals

Some browsers can send a signal, such as Global Privacy Control, that asks websites not to sell or share your information. Since we do neither, your information is already treated the way such a signal asks, with or without it.

Direct marketing by other companies

California's "Shine the Light" law lets residents find out if a business has handed their personal information to outside companies to use in promoting their own products. We have never done this, and we do not do it now.

How to send us a privacy request

Any privacy request, from any customer and under any law, can reach us in two ways:

Tell us what you would like us to do, and include the email address and order number you used if you have them. That helps us find your records quickly.

Checking that it is really you

Before we share, change or delete anything, we confirm your identity so your information never goes to the wrong person. Usually we ask you to confirm details we already hold, such as the email address on your order and your order number. If we cannot confirm who you are, we will let you know and explain why.

Asking someone to act for you

You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may then ask the agent for written proof of your permission, and we may also check your identity with you by email or phone.

How quickly we reply

You will have our answer to a privacy request within 30 days. A California request can need up to 45 days where the law permits it, and if yours does, we will say so.

Children under 16

Arcodella is not directed at children. We never knowingly gather personal details from a person younger than 16. Should a child under 16 have sent us their information, let us know and we will erase it.

When this policy changes

Our practices or the law may change over time, and when either does, we will revise this policy. Each revision appears here on this page with a fresh date in the "Last updated" line at the top, so you can always see which version is current.

Questions or concerns

If something in this policy is unclear, or you would like to know more about how your information is used, just ask our customer service team. Write to support@arcodella.com or call +1 (209) 503-8199. We are available Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MT, and on average we reply to emails within 12 hours. Every way to reach us is also listed on our contact page.
